    *Trots in to the clearing and take a deep long sniff* hmm *catches a mouse sent and drops into the hunters crouch* Gotcha! *leaps on to the enormouse mouse and gives a swift bite to the neck* Perfect for Fernsong and sunpaw! * catches anouther sent* Bird! *leaps into the air and catches a sparrow giving it a swift bite to the neck* Thats for Songmist! *sniffs again* Squirrel! *leaps on the tree catching a squirrel giving it a swift bite to the neck* and thats for Frosttail

    *Drops into hunters crouch as she spots a vole* Looks like frost tail will have a good meal*pounces on the vole and kills it and takes it back to camp*

    *Zeros in on vole sent*
    *Drops into prefact hunters crouch*
    *Leaps onto vole and kills with on swift bite to neck*
    *Burys vole*
    *Scents mouse*
    *Pounces on huge mouse*
    *Burys mouse with vole*
    *Hunts some more*
    *In total has 2 voles 2 mouse and 1 starling*
    I hope Mudblossom will be proud of my first hunt!!!

    basspaw,do a hunter crouch like this.
    (lifts tail off the ground, puts paws light on the ground,and stays still.)

    Ok Mistpaw do what I do... *crouches low placing each paw so that they don't make a sound sees a mouse and leaps on to it giving it a swift bite to the neck with out making a sound*. Now you tryto get the technique right, because if you don't do it right... *sees Mistpaw's face fall with disappointment* No, no I don't mean getting it right the first time I mean... learning it the right way! Ok there's a vole give it a try...

    Sure Mistpaw you did that wonderfully! Ok to hunt bird leap into the air and snag it with you're claw do it as silently as possible! *does the technique and snags a sparrow you try*!

    Good! You can take the sparrow to Fernsong and Sandpaw! You can eat the mouse and if you want you can keep hunting!

    LIGHTNING: " She said she'd come back here after a while."

    THUNDERSTORM: " When, did she say this?"

    LIGHTNING: " A moon ago."

    * They pad back to camp, both deep in thought.*

    THUNDERSTORM: ( Poor scrap. A moon ago? She either abondoned him, or got killed by Duskclan. I'll tell Birdstar i'll take care of him.)

    LIGHTNING: ( Where are we going? Mama said NEVER to go this far!)

    Shhh or you'll scare away all the prey from here to the moonpool! Now go stalk your own mouse! *Cherrykit sniffs and follows a trail*

    *Continues to follow a trail. Sniffs. Smells a mouse* Aha *stalks it then pounces* Yes! *spots a vole stalks it* Gotcha! *pounces* Trots over to the river and scoops out a fish*

    Kits! Come here! Time to go to the sunning rock! There we can eat your catch!
